Their customer service was stress free and their assistance talking with insurance was one least thing I had to do. The guys from Artisan did a great job finding the leak and repairing the roof section over the master bedroom area. they replaced the rotten wood installed new ice and water shield and reinstalled the tile excellent job! great communication step by step threw out the prosses of the repair. l am very happy with the job they did. very clean and neat no debris in the yard roof looks great and no longer leaks. fast reliable service highly I recommend !!!!!

Shawn came out and inspected my roof. I appreciated his honesty in helping me see some repairs we could make and extend the life of my roof for a few more years. I will definitely be calling Artisan back when I need my roof replaced. Highly recommend.

The owners of this company worked diligently with us as owners and our insurance companies two adjusters and their bosses, at one point the owners suggested to call our insurance agent/broker with Geico/Homesite/Ranchers & Farmers Mutual Insurance Company when the process got stalled, he helped us get a three way conversation with Artisan, owners and Homesite insurance boss of one of the adjusters and finally we were covered for 100% replacement of our roof, instead of settling for the original 1/4 replacement of our wind damaged roof.

We received severe wind Damage from a recent storm. Shawn and his team Did an excellent job With the installation of the new roof. After going outside, I didn’t find but one nail across the entire property.Highly recommend

Artisan handled scheduling all the various teams to take care of our fence, roof, gutters, windows, and garage door after a tornado. They made the process very easy, and the quality of the work is great. Suggested some improvements for the fence posts to make the privacy fence more wind proof for the future.

I had Artisan come do an inspection of my roof after the last hailstorm. While I had several drive by companies, all of who said I needed a new roof, Artisan is the only who gave me an honest review of my roof. They gave me pictures and an explanation of my roof’s true condition and of my future concerns. This is refreshing to deal with honest and ethical companies. Additionally they kept me from filling a bogus claim that would be canceled by the insurance company and then be penalized me. I will call Artisan for my roof or any other service they offer.
